The Tarot House Deck · First Edition

The original Tarot House Deck is the deck that started our journey.

Created by artist Patricia House, every illustration began as a pencil drawing before being outlined in ink and carefully hand-painted in acrylics. The finished artwork was then professionally printed to create this 78-card deck.

First published in 2011, and printed in the United Kingdom by Cartamundi, this edition represents the original Tarot House Deck exactly as it was first released.

Designed to honour the traditions of tarot while offering artwork that feels clear, expressive and timeless, the deck has found its way into the hands of readers around the world and remains the foundation on which Simply Tarot was built.

Today, every card meaning, reading and learning resource across Simply Tarot continues to be inspired by these original illustrations.

We've kept the packaging true to the original Tarot House Deck.
