Allie: I’m a 26 year old green witch living in the western United States. I inherited my first deck, my mother’s Aquarian Tarot, at fifteen, but it took me several more years before I finally sat down and started to learn it for myself. I give pretty much daily readings to my friends, but I feel like I’m ready to branch out. I’ve felt a spiritual connection for as long as I can remember, but I was raised in an atheist household and eventually let my spirituality get away from me, and my intuition suffered. Learning tarot has been a lovely wake up to my intuition and reading tarot has helped me connect to others and guide my life in ways I didn’t even realize were possible. I only wish I had started reading sooner! I love the guidance that tarot has provided me in my own life and I want to share that comfort with others using the tools that I have. I’ve also been using crystals for approximately seven years, but I’ve only been very dedicated with them over the past 12 months. I (sometimes) use oracle decks as supplements to my tarot readings. I am shy and prefer to do email readings, but I can do telephone or video readings on request. Cards used: Modern Witch, Moon Power, Groovy Waite, and Ethereal Visions and occasionally others. For oracle, Postcards from the Liminal Space and the Hedgewitch Botanical Oracle.
Willow: Hi, I am a Capricorn with a Cancer moon sign and a rising sign in Scorpio. For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the images in tarot and, over time, I have learned to trust in their guidance. While I have been reading for myself and my family for quite a while, I have had minimal opportunities to read for others. I am looking forward to becoming a more active participant in the tarot community. Other interests include herbalism, crafts, collecting unusual tarot decks, and trying to solve mystery novels before the author’s reveal. Cards used: Rider/Waite/Smith and occasionally Mucha, Steampunk, and Wild Unknown decks.
Energy Witch: I have been an Intuitive Guide for 4+ years. It sparks so much joy to be able to use my natural abilities to help dope humans (like yourself) to find clarity on different life situations. My readings will be a mashup of both tarot and oracle cards. I look forward to linking up with you! Cards used: Modern Witch Tarot Deck
Pamela: A little information about me. I’m a former English instructor and librarian, now a gardener and herbalist. I’ve enjoyed fooling around with tarot for years, but this past year have been taking classes online and reading for myself and friends daily and loving it. I hope to make my readings honest, clear, compassionate, encouraging, and empowering. Cards used: Tarot de Marseille, Rider – Waite – Smith, and the Buddha Tarot.
Luminosity: Hi my name is Luminosity I have been on my spiritual journey for 4 years and have been diving into tarot readings for the last year I truly believe tarot readings and divination has helped change my life for the better and I would love to provide those same feelings for you. I like to give authentic modern readings, for you to easily understand. I am always truthful and will not only tell you the truth but try to help you see the bright side of any not so favorable news. Cards used: Royo Dark Tarot and the Original tarot deck, supplemented with Oracle cards and Affirmation cards.
Liz: I have been using tarot and Oracle cards since around 2017. I am exploring doing readings for other people to really begin to tap into my intuition and strengthen it and help others to tap into their own wisdom. While I believe in shadow work and acknowledging our darkness, I find that my readings are more focused on transmuting those darker energies into lighter ones. I just started an Instagram account where I’ll be pulling cards and posting anything my intuition feels guided towards. If you a would like to check it out, my username is yablokoblondinka. Cards used: The tarot decks I use are the Prisma Visions tarot, the Wild Unknown tarot, and the Mystic Mondays tarot. The oracle decks I use are the Isis Oracle, the Wild Unknown Animal Spirit, the Divine Feminine, Inner Star, Spirit Cats, Arthur Rackham, the Crystal Wisdom Healing, Practice You, Daily Guidance from your Angels, the Pink Oracle and the Journey Oracle.
Julie: I have had intuitive gifts since I was a child, joining a line of women on my Mom’s side who all had intuitive gifts ranging from divination using household objects to healing the ill with laying of the hands. I was fortunate to be raised in a family where connection to the divine and old traditions from Italy were standard in our home. I was gifted a Tarot card deck in 1997 and began working with the cards off and on for many years. I added oracle cards to my studies in 2019 as well as an interest in crystals. I am a Certified Card Reader through Hay House, and am currently enrolled in a Tarot program of study with The Tarot School of New York. Additionally, I have received my Reiki Level 1 certification, though I am not actively practicing at this time. I launched my business, Soaring Eagle Oracle, in February 2021 and am available for email and Zoom readings with a return to in-person once the pandemic is behind us here in the USA. Cards used: Rider/Waite/Smith, Kyle Gray’s Angels and Ancestors Deck.
Moonbeam: I live in Ireland and have been reading angel cards for 18 years and the tarot for 2 years. Tarot is my passion and I had my first deck at 18, it took another 16 years until I studied it. I feel ready to read for people as the ones I have read for have been telling me to get out and read for the public. Cards used: Rider/Waite/Smith, Healing with the Angels, Sacred Traveller.
Julie: I am currently a college student studying psychology and film and can’t wait to hone in on my tarot skills! I have taken a class on tarot reading from a professional astrologer and tarot reader and that has given me an excellent foundation, but in terms of reading for others I am rather inexperienced. I am grateful for any feedback you are able to give me on my readings! Cards used: Rider/Waite/Smith (Centennial Edition).
The Golden Bumble: Wife, daughter, mother, and a lover of all divination tools. I believe I am telling life’s story one card at a time. My goal is to share positive experiences through spiritual wellness in the form of readings. I am not a novice, but am some where in between. I am aspiring to be a professional, more confident reader. I look forward to expanding my knowledge through readings and feedback. Card used: Golden Art Nouveau Tarot, The Soul’s Journey, Gateway Oracle, Angel Tarot.
Meredith: Hi I am Meredith, I live in the U.S. and I have a natural healing practice and Ive decided to incorporate tarot into this as well and could use some practice. I try to first explain the cards meaning and try to let my intuition then lead me after that and also see how the cards relate to each other. I,ve learned to trust the cards fully and I approach all my readings with the intention of keeping it positive and client centered. I think of the cards as a tool for self-growth and inspiration. Cards used: Ride Waite deck.
Leo: I have had a deck for the better part of 25 years, but I would go years without using it. It is called ‘The Magickal Tarot’ by Tony Willis. It’s a beautiful deck, and so very in depth and informative, no longer in production and pretty complex, but in the past 4 weeks I have also been using the traditional tarot. I woke up one day and could not get my mind off the Radiant deck for over a week, so I had to go find it. I’m a 42 year old Virgo, and consider myself a notch or two beyond a novice reader. I’m slowly working on reconnecting with my higher self and spirit. I live in Canada. I share my life with my amazing husband. We own and operate a bakery. Cards used: The Magickal Tarot and the Radiant Rider/Waite/Smith.
Zil: I have been reading tarot for less than a year, although I have been aware of my intuitive abilities for many years. I am hoping to develop my skills while also helping others find guidance. Cards used: CBD Tarot de Marseille (reproduction of Nicolas Conver’s 1760 deck).
Maisy Barry: I started learning tarot in December 2020, although it is something I’ve had an interest in for some time. I am based in Ireland and I am hoping to use this opportunity to improve my ability to deliver useful and accurate readings to others. I also have a tarot Instagram account @maisytarot which I am using to document my educational journey. Cards used: Deviant Moon Tarot, the Radiant Wise Spirit Tarot deck and the Cosmic Slumber Tarot.
Kelli: I am a reader of 30+ years. It has been a while since I’ve read for others, though, and thought it would be beneficial to jump back in by offering some free readings. Cards used: Rider/Waite/Smith style deck and Work Your Light oracle
Sarcasm in Zen: Hi, I’m Alexandra and I’m a Czech woman currently living in Scotland. I love me a good sarcasm and dry humor and after a long period of time fighting with depression and anxiety I finally managed to calm my mind and more or less successfully fight everyday stress; hence the name. I’ve always been interested in all things spiritual, my family and friends, on the other hand, not so much, so I closed this chapter for a while. It was only in March 2020 when I was made redundant and finally found time to start discovering the mystery of the divine. I bought my first deck (and a few more) and started to practice and I work with my cards every day since then. Even though I do have a certification, I consider myself a beginner and I self-study every day to improve my readings. I’m also a certified Reiki master and I work with healing Reiki energies. I’m amazed how helpful Tarot can be and I’ll be happy to give some guidance to you, too. Cards used: Classic RWS, Winter Waite Tarot, Heaven&Earth Tarot; Oracle decks: Angel Oracles, The Romance Angels, Moonology, Dark Mirror, Rebel deck Oracle
Quinn Tarot: I have around 8 months experience with tarot and about a months experience with oracle, and I am entirely self taught. I am 18 years old. Cards used: Rider/Waite/Smith and Moonology Oracle deck.
Ocean Blue: I read cards intuitively to focus on current energies. I don’t have much experience reading cards but friends, family and acquaintances often seek out my instinctual advice – I’m interested to see how it works for you! While I’ve been invited to psychic development circles to hone my innate instinct/ mediumship capabilities, I am largely focussed on developing my tarot reading ability to channel energy! Thank you for reading and I hope I can be of assistance to you. Cards used: So Below Deck – Book of Shadows (Pagan), the Rebel Oracle Deck and sometimes the Kuan Yin Oracle Dec
Raven: I am a 26 year old female from the southern US. I am a beginner to tarot. My first deck was the Animal Totem tarot deck, which is still my favorite. I have a lot of love for nature and animals. I also enjoy sewing, crocheting, and playing video games. Cards used: Rider/Waite/Smith deck and the Animal Totem Tarot deck by Leeza Robertson.
City Girl Tarot: Hi, I’m City Girl Tarot from NYC and I am wildly passionate about the Tarot. My readings are a combination of both having studied the traditional card meanings but also relying a bit more on my intuition in order to create a reading that is accurate and comforting. I look forward to working with you! Cards used: The Lightseers Deck and Angel Tarot Cards
Lilli: Hello. In my experience, Reader techniques are widely varied. Some people lean heavily on card meanings, astrology, numerology and such. Others use the cards as a guide but really draw on their intuition or psychic ability. My approach uses a combination of these two techniques. I analyze the cards – taking their textbook meanings into consideration, looking for patterns, and examining symbols. When I feel I’ve gathered the feedback from the card meanings themselves, I tap into my intuition to look at the reading from a less analytical perspective. I base my choice of spread and deck on your question and choose the one I believe will yield the most useful information. I encourage you to ask a question that leans toward being open ended such as: “How can I best achieve my goal of X.?” “What would it be helpful for me to know about X?” I believe questions that are open ended tend to yield more useful results and more thorough readings than a simple yes or no question. I’m looking forward to doing your reading! Cards used: Rider/Waite/Smith, Mystic Faerie Tarot, Bonefire Tarot, The Fountain Tarot.
Mahina Kai: Hi There. I am a registered yoga teacher as well as a Reiki Practitioner, I am not new to tarot but I am new to giving readings. I prefer a single card reading but am willing to work through other types of spreads. Thanks for understanding and I can’t wait to do a reading with you. Love & Light. Cards used: The Wild Unknown Tarot Deck & The Wild Unknown Animal Spirit
Aunty K D’Amour: Welcome; I am an astrologer and tarot reader and carrier of the gift of deer medicine from my mothers people, which is to say I’m most guided in issues of the heart, desire and family. I look to share this guidance more broadly with todays hurt and healing global community. Cards used: Star Spinner Tarot by Trungles, Next World Tarot by Cristy C Road, Harmonious Tarot – Lo Scarabeo (Art by Walter Crane and Ernest Fitzpatrick)
Lindsey: My name is Lindsey I am from County Durham, UK.
I am a beginner to this in the sense I haven’t read for many people. Although, since the age of fourteen I have been around tarot cards and my father was very spiritual. After I lost my dad six years ago I have felt a strong urge to develop my abilities. However, in the last couple of months it is only become apparent I need to read for more people. I feel this is because my mind is in a better place and more able to help people clearly. Cards used: Rider-Waite-Smith. Egyptian Tarot.
Rita: I believe that my life purpose is healing — be it through storytelling, social work, or divination readings. I’m an empath that’s looking for opportunities to share my intuitive gifts. I love to assist people in connecting with their life’s purpose and have enjoyed doing so through tarot readings with friends and family since 2018. I feel called to connect with people I don’t know personally through divination readings and would like to use this as an opportunity to do so while simultaneously exploring new decks and practices. Cards used: Tarot: Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot Deck or The Wild Unknown Tarot Deck by Kim Krans; The Wild Unknown Archetypes Deck by Kim Krans; The Moon Deck by Aarona Lea + Angels & Ancestors by Kyle Gray
Star Guidance: I am a 32 year old female. I have always had a very caring, intuitive and empathic nature which I have wanted to use to help others who may need guidance. I have been using tarot for a few years now and find it very helpful and insightful in getting guidance and seeing things more clearly. I first consulted the tarot when I was at a very uncertain time in my life and remembered that I had received a tarot deck belonging to my late grandfather a few years prior. I found they gave me a lot of clarity and put me at ease that everything was going to work out as it should, and since then I have not looked back. I would like to give others the clarity they may need and help them with the tarot in the same way they have helped me. Cards Used: Rider Waite Smith, Wheel of the Year Tarot, Angel tarot cards by Radleigh Valentine
Hummingbird Tarot: I am a Full Blood Native American. I come from the South western United States, in Arizona. My mother was an Apache Indian, my father was a Tohono – Oohdam (Gila River Pima). I have been reading tarot for roughly 20 + years. I do not read reverse cards. I am married; and have been married to my Australian Aboriginal wife for 24 years, we have 4 children. Cards used: The RWS tarot and The Bianco-Nero tarot, by Marco Proietto.
Sarah Oshun-Williams: I have been learning about Tarot for more than 4 years now, I completed a Tarot Reading course two years ago to consolidate my amateur knowledge, and since then I have offered readings to family and friends, as well as doing some for myself to continue expanding on this skill. I also very recently joined a platform similar to Simply Tarot, where I offer free readings to clients whenever they post a questions (Psychics Directory).
I believe I am a natural empath with the ability to connect with spirit and my guides to help heal and enlighten others to their true path and what is for their highest good. Often times we just need some guidance or advice and I am always naturally able to offer this to those around me, therefore, I do honestly feel that Tarot can help me to expand the pool of people I can help in this way.
Although I use the Tarot cards, my intuition is highly strong and my connection with my spirit guides is as equally strong, so I like to combine all three when offering a reading, in order to provide as much clarity as possible and needed for the client during that time. Cards used: Rider/Waite/Smith
Tarot Gal: I am from India, and I started learning tarot two years back. I have been reading for others for the last six months. Cards used: Rider/Waite/Smith.
Caireann: I’ve been embracing Wicca for the last 4 years but always been interested in the mystical, unseen parts of our universe. I started off probably 20 years ago using my mothers fairy cards. She eventually gifted them to me as my readings with them were insightful and accurate. Over recent years, I’ve mostly read for friends and family, but would consider myself still a learner. I’m here to develop my skills and intuition as a reader. I use my cards daily to provide insight and guidance and regularly consult the cards if I feel I’m at a personal or professional crossroads or, sometimes, to have a mantra to live by for that day or a little ‘pick me up’. I’m so excited to share this knowledge and my gifts for tarot and oracle cards with others and look forward to doing readings for you. Cards used: Black Cat Tarot by Lo Scarabeo, Earth Magic by Steven Farmer, Angel Prayer Oracle cards, Goddess Inspiration Cards and I have a traditional Raider Waite deck also.
Card Wave: I always loved playing with cards, especially Tarock – which has all elements of Tarot. I seriously met with Tarot in 2012, when I experienced major changes in my life. Later I started buying decks, handbooks, watching tutorials and that is how I am still building my base of knowledge about tarot, but I don’t have a lot of experience in giving readings, so I am still a beginner. 1 year ago I also met with Lenormand cards and I found that 2 completely different systems can confirm each other. I would like to improve my skills in readings for people who are not my friends or family. Cards used: Gilded Tarot (Barbara Moore, Ciro Marchetti), Maybe Lenormand (Ryan Edwards), Tanis Lenormand (Celia Melesville).
Zephyr: I am 7 years strong as a Wiccan. I’ve been into Tarot reading for a year now. I’ve mostly done practice readings on Tumblr, Instagram and over the phone and in person for friends, and family and quite a few strangers. I consider myself an intuitive individual and with my cards, I aim mainly to provide high quality and positive insight, advice and guidance for self growth/development, day to day situations and general (non-harmful) advice. I also aim to help others whilst improving my talent and gift for reading tarot. I would say in total, I have a year of experience reading for others, give or take. Cards used: The Wild Unknown Tarot deck by Kim Krans, Mystic Mondays by Grace Duong.
